Shopicco Return & Refund Policy

At Shopicco, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • All tags and labels attached

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and items marked as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
  • Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Shopicco@hotmail.com within the return period
    • Include your order number and item(s) to return
  2. Once approved, we will provide:
    • A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
    • The return address and instructions
  3. Pack your item(s) securely:
    • Include original packaging and tags
    • Add your order number + RA# inside the package
  4. Ship your return using a trackable and insured service
    • Please keep your shipping receipt for reference

3. Refunds

  • Returns will be inspected upon arrival
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Important:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
    (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color:

  • Please return the original item
  • Place a new order on our website

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: Shopicco@hotmail.com
  • Include photos for faster processing

We will provide:

  • A prepaid return label
  • A full refund or replacement (your choice)

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (unless defective):

  • Pierced earrings
  • Items clearly marked as Non-Returnable

8. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages
