Refund/Return Policy
At Shopicco, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Eligibility

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, within 14 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or other final sale items marked as "Non-Returnable."

All sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise specified.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at Customer@shopicco.com within the return period. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for your return, including the authorized return address.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include all original tags, and enclose the packing slip or a note with your order number and Return Authorization Number.

Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping service. We recommend you retain the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Customer@shopicco.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and, upon confirmation, provide a full refund or replacement at your preference.
6. Final Sale Items
Items purchased during final sale promotions are marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: pierced earrings and any items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
8. International Returns

Customers returning items from outside our main fulfillment region may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return shipment.

We are not liable for packages lost in transit back to our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
