All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your delivery address, the selected service, and the total weight of your order. The available shipping options and the calculated cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at Customer@shopicco.com. We may be able to modify the address only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Shopicco is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your building's reception. We recommend contacting your local postal office or the shipping carrier directly for further investigation. We are happy to assist you in this process.
